Product Summer Internship

Preferred Major: Computer Science/ Business Management/Communications
Job Description: This internship will entail a lot of initial shadowing and one on one time with the Senior Director of Product Development during an initial ramp-up period. As the candidate grows into the position, some of these tasks may transition partially or completely to the candidate:
- Compile market research around products within our Roadmap to determine meaningful vendors
- Aggregate feedback within our organization as well as across our SaaS users on pain points or opportunities for improvement within our DSP
- Assist with writing specs based on market feedback, from expected user experience to final product
- Assist in development of wireframe mocks to deliver to UX team for final design
- Assist in writing up verbiage for tooltips, Pendo guides, and other general UX informational pieces
- Run lead on managing the Wiki, keeping it up to date with current integrations, partners, and progress across projects
- Work with Product Team and other key stakeholders to review specs prior to handing off to engineering
- Work with Product team on GTM materials, assisting in communication between marketing
- Assist Operations in documenting learnings and troubleshooting discrepancies based on common issues
- Assist in creating wireframe mocks for our Q3 roadmap
- Review and tighten up the wiki based on sales and operations needs
Skills Required:
- Familiarity with HTML/JS a plus
- Familiarity with SQL a plus
- Proficient in Excel
- Excellent communication skills, written & verbal
- Natural problem solver

- Familiarity with JIRA, Kanban, and Scrum approach work styles
