Senior Strategic Digital Account Manager

About this Role:
This individual will work with a designated account executive to provide a high level of support for our Advertisers. This individual will be responsible for client communications and reporting, post-sale campaign oversight (client/campaign goal alignment, providing internal analytics teams direction on tactics/optimizations required, billing, etc). This individual will work strategically with our clients to not only have a thorough understanding of existing campaign KPI’s, objectives and success metrics but also across the Agency’s entire clientele portfolio. The successful candidate will have a high attention to detail, strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency in excel, powerpoint and reporting systems along with the ability to interpret data and provide insights and recommendations to improve campaign performance.

Bidtellect is seeking someone who is resourceful, proactive, and works well independently as well as part of the larger team. Is comfortable working remotely and managing time accordingly. This individual should have experience or is interested in learning more about Digital Advertising and Content Marketing and ready to jump in and hit the ground running.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Act as a primary point of contact for clientele with regards to campaign setup, maintenance, reporting, optimizations, post campaign insights
  • Collect assets from clients, verify specifications and follow defined creative implementation process
  • QA and evaluate campaign setup prior to going live with campaigns
  • Communicate campaign, creative and platform Best Practices to clients to help yield increased performance.
  • Compile detailed, comprehensive reports and work with Analytics team to make in-depth analyses and recommendations to help meet client objectives and secure incrementals and renewed business
  • Work collaboratively with POD (PODs are made up of Account Management, Performance Analyst, and Sales Account Executive) to provide top-notch support to our advertisers and agencies.
  • Work with Finance department in regards to Billing requests/issues Provide accurate customer feedback to technology, product and management
  • Provide Sales administrative/Account related support
  • Cultivate positive business relationships with clients and internal teams
  • Participate in building true partnerships and lasting relationships with clients, inclusive of industry related engagements and social outings
  • Open to joining in person meetings/travel as needed.
  • Monitor campaign delivery and calculate performance across various ad serving systems

Ideal candidate would have the following qualifications:

  • 2+ years in an analytics or ad operations capacity in digital advertising industry, DSP or programmatic experience preferred
    • DV360, TradeDesk, Amazon DSP, MediaMath, Xandr, Facebook preferred
    • Experience buying Native is a plus, but should have experience with traditional display and video.
    • Experience with CPA, ROAS, direct response campaigns
  • Extensive Knowledge of advertising platforms (DSP, Ad Serving, Analytics, Verification)
    • Focus on programmatic buying via DSP/SSP
    • Familiarity with IAS, DoubleVerify, DCM, Sizmek tags and other Pixels
  • Proficiency Microsoft Excel
  • Proficiency with PowerPoint
  • Looker knowledge a plus or similar big data tool
  • Strong Organizational Skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail Knowledge of SalesForce a plus
  • Knowledge of Jira or similar tools a plus
